Kevin L. Dillard

A resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia, the President and CEO of LifeCare Medical Transports, Inc., since 1993, has been a veteran in the Emergency Medical Services field for the past 24 years.

Mr. Dillard has held offices on the local, state, regional and national levels. In the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads, he is the Immediate Past President, and is serving currently as the President and Co-Founder of the National EMS Memorial Service. He has been a State Officer Advisor for Districts 2, 4, 8, and 10. He is currently Immediate Past President of the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad and has been since 1998, Rappahannock EMS Council President since 1997, and is serving on numerous committees involving the EMS and rescue services.

Mr. Dillard recently received a "Commendation" from The Senate of the Commonwealth of Virginia commending and congratulating him on the occasion of his induction into the VIRGINIA LIFE SAVING & RESCUE HALL OF FAME and in recognition of his 24 years of dedicated service to EMS.
