Shirley E. Bagby

Shirley retired as Administrative Specialist for the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads, Inc. in August 2000. Her employment with VAVRS since May 1986 led to her involvement with the National EMS Memorial Service.

Currently serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors, Bagby has been actively involved with the National EMS Memorial Service since 1993. Shirley is our contact person at the office located in Oilville, Virginia and heads the Family Relations Committee.

A resident of Richmond, Virginia, Bagby is currently an accounts receivable representative for John Richmond Landscaping, Inc.
