George W. Murphy

A Career EMS Provider with over 35 years experience, Murphy has been with Boston EMS for almost 30 years. He currently holds the rank of Captain and is responsible for Research, Training & Quality Improvement. George is an active EMS Educator who has taught EMS providers both nationally and internationally, in such places as Canada, Ireland and India.

Murphy, a resident of Marshfield Hills, MA, is in his second term on our Board of Directors and currently chairs the Program Committee.
